This was the best experience I've ever had at any doctor's office. I've had some strange encounters with a couple of doctors at your office, so I wasn't looking forward to my visit. Dr Sieve blew my mind! He was warm, caring, knowledgeable, funny and professional. I felt lime I was visiting with a friend who was also an incredibly competent doctor. He is a rare find, do everything you can to keep him happy!

Dr. Goldstone is working very hard with me to perfect my vision prescription since receiving a new medical diagnosis and is being very patient and understanding, I feel supported and listened to, which is what I need right now.

I have been going to Dr. Goldstone for many years now. Dr. Goldstone is the most amazing doctor. I have watched the practice grow and expand. I have seen many changes over the years in practice not only in the office and its remodeling and expansion but also in the staff. When I first started going there the office staff was amazing. Now, I have to say the reception staff is not what it use to be, they are not as welcoming or friendly as they use to be they use to know people by their first name and would interact with them and talk with them. Now it is totally different, they were professional but not very personable.. The tech was really nice and really personable as well as professional, the tech who helped me with my glasses though was not very friendly she was more like a robot and she got very impatient with me and while I was trying to figure out what I was I was going to do she kept looking at the time.
She also did explain thoroughly initially the pricing or what Dr. Goldstone told her. She was like a Robot. I didn't feel that she was really concerned about my dilemma or like she was very interested in assisting me in my dilemma. And amidst it all I didn't realize that I left my only pair of reading glasses there. She didn't offer any options or any alternatives. I was not very pleased. I just wound up doing doing one thing instead of probably doing what I needed to to. I am probably going to go get frames and lenses for my other pair somewhere else due to the fact that I was trying to express what I was looking for and I didn't feel that she was paying attention or really was interested in trying work with me on what I was looking for.
In all, the front office staff was somewhat welcoming, the tech was really awesome, Dr. Goldstone is the BEST and I would refer everyone to him with the disclaimer that the people who help with the glasses may or may not be as helpful as you would like. The last time I was there the persona who helped me with my glasses and frames was amazing and spent a lot of time with me and offered me options and even looked online. Although after that there was a bit of a problem Dr. Goldstone took care of it immediately and made sure that is was right.
Dr. Goldstone is the best. He is professional, efficient, personable, knowledgeable, and above all concerned about his patients and makes sure that they are happy and taken care of. For me it is worth putting up with his office staff because he is the best.

The staff is very courteous and responsive. The office is run very efficiently, I never have to wait long for an appointment. Dr. Goldstone took time to hear my concerns and made every effort to address them. He has been very patient helping me find just the "right" contact lenses for my needs.
