My recent visit to Dr. Moore was for an annual exam. I was greeted by the office staff in a very friendly manner. The tests on my eyes were performed professionally and efficiently by the assistant. I then met with Dr, Moore for the results and evaluation. She is knowledgeable and thorough and answered my questions competently. I recommend her services to all.

While I felt confident of their services, they did not give me a welcoming bed side manner. The first girl did not introduce herself and explain what she was doing. In fact, I thought she was the doctor. When I asked, she said no. Then when it was time to see Evelyn, she did not introduce herself or extend any friendliness...just did her job, posted it on the computer and was sending me out the door without giving me a clue about the findings and health of my eyes. I wont be back.

East to schedule a visit. A bit of a wait once I arrived at the appointment. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

Dr. Moore is expert and professional in her field. She with her office staff had me in and out with no delay!! I liked how they reminded me of my appointment frequently with social media...sure helps as I have a hectic life! Thanks to Dr. Moore and her excellent and friendly staff.

The woman at the front desk who greeted us and made the call to the insurance agency was very friendly, helpful, polite, and provided great customer service. Doctor Moore and the other female doing the initial screenings didn't say much but seemed knowledgeable and polite. I prefer more customer interaction.

I am very pleased with how Dr. Moore and her staff operate. Never have I seen better as well. I will make sure that my wife returns to Dr. Moore as well.

The staff is extremely professional and knowledgable. Plus, Dr. Moore really knows what she is doing. I have NEVER remembered seeing this clearly. I look forward to seeing Dr. Moore in the future. I have also convinced my wife to return to Dr. Moore for her eyewear needs.
