I arrive on time for my appointments, but always end up with an hour wait to see the doctor, even if my appointment is one of the first of the day. Office staff is nice but unprofessional. Too much gossip and chit-chat about personal matters and it slows the examination time. I would go to another optometrist, but this is the only one in town who takes my insurance.

I have enjoy my experience with Dr. Moore from the very first appointment. She and her staff have taken very good care of my eyesight and they are always professional, yet personal if the conversation happen to travel in that direction. I would highly recommend this optometrist to my family and friends, which I have done. Dr. Moore is a very pleasant O.D. to be around and after your examination with her, she have always answered all of my concerns regarding my sight. The rating that I have provided is my wholehearted expression for the service I have received in the last three (3) year. I am very please with this O.D.

No help picking out glasses. Not a very good selection of frames. She didn't seem very confident about contact prescription. Overall kinda cold, unconfident, and overpriced.

Online process (requesting appts, etc) could be improved by being able to retrieve previous exam dates when being notified of annual exam.

I love going there because I know I will get a good exam. I am diabetic. Dr. Moore showed me a picture of my eye and will let me know how good the exam went. The ladies help picked out glasses according to the shape of the face and nose. They were helpful. The nice lady that gave me my eye exam was very nice also. Yay.

As always, helpful professional staff and excellent eye care from Dr. Moore. Worked with me to find best eyeglasses/insurance coverage/price options. I am very satisfied, as I have been for many many years now.
