Dr. Moore and her team go above and beyond to make your experience a pleasant one. Whenever I stop by there with a problem, the technicians always get things lined out. In fact, I broke my sunglasses in two pieces just before my cruise in February. Dr. Moore was able to glue a wire into both pieces to keep them together for me. That's what I call extraordinary service.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore's for many years. She is a professional and someone I respect. However, the front part of the office is a complete cluster. First, I kept receiving email notices to which I would respond to schedule my appointment. I would respond and heard NOTHING. It was not until I sent an email that I received a reply. The appointment was scheduled, then on the day of the appointment I receive an email telling me my appointment has been rescheduled. I checked...it wasn't.
It took nearly 45 minutes for the front staff to process my order for glasses. The front staff seemed to be in complete disarray with no skills when it comes to customer service. Based on the front end staff, my time with Dr. Moore may be coming to a close.

I am always happy with Dr. Moore and her staff. Her daughter is always so helpful helping me pick out my glasses or contact lenses. She was also really good at explaining the insurance process to me and which option would be most affordable. Dr. Moore is very thorough and extremely nice. She makes you feel very welcomed and that she is happy to see you. I love the service there and recommend her to all my friends.

I always get great care but there needs to be more than one person up front on Saturdays. There were too many people and the one woman up front couldn't keep up with everything.

My visit was excellent from the time I walked in the door. Staff was courteous , professional and answered all my questions with ease. My glasses were ordered and entire appointment was delivered with the utmost care.
