I'm a new patient and I was expecting staff to introduce themselves. I think only one receptionist did. I liked the professionalism of the staff during my visit and they made sure my children were well taken care of.
I really liked the fact that Dr.MacBayne didn't recommend services that weren't necessary like my previous dentist did. My daughter didn't even have to get another 2 cavities filled in as I was told at my previous dentist - they were so small and she was going to lose those teeth anyway.

Dr.MacBayne is wonderful!!! I've never had a dentist that was so gentle. Had two fillings with two needles and didn't feel either one.

The dentist work was typical work and not my favorite thing to do but the people in the office made it very very pleasant...so nice not to be the subject of pressure tactics like our previous dentist
