Moving to a new area is always exciting and a bit stressful. Changing doctor, school,dentist etc. can be difficult to say the least. I hit the jackpot when I called Downs Dental Care and was given a same day appointment due to a patient cancelation. Everyone on staff is accommodating, caring, friendly, and professional. I felt at ease and in good hands. My husband was impressed with my dazzling white teeth and my enthusiasm in describing my experience. He will be switching dentists ASAP. I highly recommend Downs Dental Care!

July 22, 2014 was my first visit to Downs Dental Center and it was an excellent experience. My Dental Hygienist, Christi Nichols recently joined Downs Dental Center. Your first impression is of the offices which are beautiful and have a relaxing atmosphere. The next thing I noticed when Christi was cleaning my teeth is the new equipment the Center has available. Christi did her usual outstanding job in caring for my teeth and somehow she is always friendly and happy. I met with Dr. Downs who was just as nice and personable as her husband Jason Downs who manages the office staff. All in all it was an excellent dental visit and I highly recommend Christi Nichols, Dental Hygienist and Dr. Downs. Walter Kalman

I love Downs Dental. When having to choose a dentist I decided to try a female dentist in the hope they would me gentler than their male counterparts. I was still taking a stab in the dark but but I hit the jackpot. Dr. Downs is the best dentist I have ever been to who assures you are feeling no pain before doing any procedure and the office atmosphere is awesome, very conducive to relaxing the patient. I will be recommending Dr. Downs to anyone in need of a dentist. Thank you so much for putting me at ease from the minute I walk through your doors.

When I first stepped into Dr. Downs new office I was impressed not only by the obvious beauty and tranquility of the office but the excitement of her staff to show it off as well. I was so happy to have Melissa as my hygienist. Perfect combination of thorough cleaning, charming demeanor but not too much chatter. The chair was practically relaxing along with the view of sky, clouds, trees - amazing! Dr. Downs always has a professional, comforting and positive manner - not to mention a wonderful and welcoming smile!
The rest of my family is next and they can't wait to check it out too!

I want to be totally honest as I know how important it is to keep clients and patients. The cleaning did not seem as thorough as usual. Very little scrapping after jet was used and for me that is very unusual as I am a plaque builder. Just sharing what I shared with Katie when I saw her in the evening.

Some of the newer technology in ultrasonic scaling is actually designed to reduce scrapping from the hygienist. While my original appointment was for a cleaning I lost a portion of a tooth just prior to the appointment. Dr. Downs immediately repaired the tooth and sent me on to Melissa for the cleaning. Dr. Downs has been my dentist for a number of years and I have yet to be disappointed in her work. She is the consummate professional who consistently takes a strong interest in her patients oral health. I have also been impressed with Melissa who does a truly splendid job keeping my teeth in operating order. I would strongly recommend Downs Dental Care to everyone.

I had believe it or not an enjoyable experience with a dental appointment. Yes, a painless dental cleaning with no scraping and picking!. The ultra-sonic cleaning is the way to go. Thanks to y'all there for keeping up with the latest innovations in dental practices.

Not only is Dr. Downs a first class Dentist, she understands the anxiety some people have when going to the dentist. I have been going to Dr. Downs for about 8 or 9 years now. When I started going to her, I had not been to the dentist in years. I had a very bad experience as a child and experience kept me from regular dental care. My first visit with her went very well. She realized my anxiety and put me at ease. I had a very pleasant visit and over a short period of time she had taken care of all of my dental needs. Now I have regular dental check up's and no anxiety. Try Dr. Downs - you will not be disappointed!

Wow! What a great place you have for a dental office! It was so nice to meet Mr. Downs and some of the staff as well. I was treated like family more so than a patient. My hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and well versed in all aspects of the most modern technology and applications AND she removed stains from teeth I was told by 'you know who' I would not be able to have removed! "You Go Girl"! When my wife asked how it went at the dentist office I just SMILED and shared what a wonderful experience it was and that I will be able to get a Crown put in place where I have neglected to have work done for years. The Downs Dental Care facility and its team of caregivers are just awesome and I wish you only the best in your continued success. You're a great group of professionals! Thank you very much for your help, guidance and professional services!
