Very welcoming staff...everyone willing to help with anything. We had to put a beloved pet down due to cancer. The support during this incredibly difficult time was amazing... The concern for our surviving pet touched our hearts. Now Downy Vet. is taking care of our new baby. We are very happy we found them when our other veterinary hospital went out of business...

As always, this place is very professional ! I love the staff here. They are very personable and always helpful. The doctors explain everything in detail. I highly recommend this place for your loved ones! They are always on top of my furbaby's records ,even when i'm not !

This is the best Vet office in the surrounding areas. the staff is warm and loves animals and the vet's are very knowelegeable and genuine. great experience every time I bring my three animals in. 5 star

I brought my 1 year old beer here, Scully, because he accidentally ate half a talapia. I was scared he had bones stuck inside because he was constipated and would cry very loudly when he tried to do his business. I called other places and they said he would require major surgery before they even saw him. This scared me as I didn't have a lot of money to afford a surgery of any kind. I brought him to Downey Veterinary Hospital and everyone was courteous and helpful. The doctor was polite and explained everything thoroughly. He gave my dog an injection that would help him go to the bathroom and he prescribed some pills for the pain as his anus was sore. It was only $67 for everything. That made me happy. About 2 hours later, my dog let everything out and he was acting like nothing ever happened. I was very relieved. I highly recommend this vet clinic.
