I was happy with the exam but when I called to order contacts, I got the run-around. I called three different times, each time I was told that they would call me back and I never did get a call-back. Needless to say, I still do not have my contacts and that was in December. I had never had any problems with them in the past.

Our whole family goes to Dr. Cutler. We have been with him for many years and we always get promt, professional, and friendly service. Mary alice is so helpful with picking out frames, she has a great eye for what looks best on me! I know that Dr. Cutler gives a very thorough exam consistently. We will be with this office for many years to come.

Had my annual eye appt. and the staff was wonderful. Everything was on time and everything was explained as the process went along. Got both new glasses and work safety glasses.

I have gone to the eye doctors only a few times in my life. Until two years ago I never needed glasses. Now I do the eye care at cutlets is exceptional. My wife has had glasses all her life. Now I see why she always shopped around for glasses. It's because of the cost. We have never spent more than a few hundred dollars for her eye care (glasses contacts, and exam). However now that she has passed on I couldn't believe I spent $900 for an exam and glasses. They are excellent eye care professionals but I think from now on I will shop like my wife used to

Dr Cutler is the best ! My whole family goes here all the staff are great also.
