Always a good experience - hygiene cleanings are thorough, staff are pleasant, short wait times, office is simply but cleanly decorated and well lit

Very disappointed. Dentist was too busy. Hygienist seemed nervous. Kept readjusting her seat. Seemed to not know the tools. Didn't work in order. Jumped from area to area and missed a section with polish.

We loved our previous hygienist. We think the dentist is great. Miss Brenda at reception.

Staff were excellent, as always, however there was a herd of unsupervised children running amok in the waiting room. For almost half an hour...

Very professional, congenial. A pleasant experience if that's possible when someone is working around with a metal probe in your mouth.

A final review of Invisaline and Dr. Aurora ordered a couple of extra trays to encourage one stubborn tooth. Looking forward to the company review of the moulds and the final steps of this process. Very impressive results so far!
