The entire experience was very elegant and relaxing. I loved every part of it. The ONLY reason I only gave 4 stars is because I really didn't appreciate the 20% gratuity that is automatically added. I feel like that's tacky. I want to tip someone myself for a job well done. It shouldn't be automatic.

The Davenport Spa and Salon is the best spa I have visited. The staff are very professional, friendly and welcoming and the spa atmosphere is very relaxing and rejuvenating. The services are fantastic and it is a great place to go and unwind. I highly recommend the Davenport Spa!
