While all my visits to the offices have been great, I do appreciate that Dr Bass took time out of his lunch hour and fitted me in when I had an issue that could have been an emergency. His prompt attention to the problem, and his explanation of it, plus his assurance that it wasn't a major problem, provided me with a tremendous sense of relief. I am always glad that Dr Bass takes the time to explain things that might not be obvious. It makes for a great patient-doctor relationship.
