GREAT! I HAVE SEEN DR. BASS FOR OVER 30 YEARS! HE HAS BEEN PROFESSIONAL , THOROUGH, AND ALWAYS HELPFUL. MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY ALSO SEE DR. BASS. I HAVE ALSO RECOMMENDED OTHERS TO DR. BASS! I WOULD NOT THINK OF GOING TO ANOTHER OPTOMETRIC PRACTICE !

I have been a patient of their office for over 25 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are the best! Their staff goes above and beyond. I have know Tony and Betty forever and you couldn't ask for better folks to assist you with your eye wear needs. Each new staff member they introduce to their practice are obviously very carefully selected to meet the same customer service requirements to compliment their practice. Anyone I work with at their office are exceptional at their job. Their customer service and wanting to please their patients shows in the care and attention they give to you while you are their. This team of folks are EXCEPTIONAL! I would recommend them to anyone and have many times over.

Attentive care, on time and helpful staff. Just one suggestion: show insurance discount on your invoices. I was told my insurance covered part of the costs of both the exam and glasses but my invoice did not reflect any discount. I was told it was already included. I'm sure that is correct but it is not very satisfying not to see it.
