We had to call Cross Veterinarian Clinic late on Friday with only about 2 hours before closing as our new cat had gotten his paw caught in a gate and was dangling and we were unsure if his foot was broken. Although we had seen the vet before for other pets, this was the first time for this one.
The staff listened to what had happened and, as the emergency vet was over an hour away, made certain they could X-ray him and advised if broken, they were unable to complete surgery but if surgery was not needed, they could fit us in. We gratefully brought him in for assessment. After a complete examination, they were able to ascertain there were no broken bones and administered pain medication.
Goliath is doing pretty well today and we are incredibly grateful for the quick and caring team at Cross Veterinarian Clinic. Not only did they assess our situation in a kind and compassionate way, they took the time to advise us as to what they were able to help us with and fit us in last minute for assistance. We were never rushed or made to feel as if we were an imposition. They friendly and compassionate care from the phone, front desk, technicians and especially the Veterinarian, Dr. Mike Fleming, couldn't have been any better! Thank you!

Great experience! Staff is very friendly, and also professional and organized. It was my first time having one of my fur kids taken care of at Cross and I was very pleased with the whole process. Hav appointments for two more of my kids in two weeks. They are not cheap, but their fees are reasonable, and worth every cent. Highly recommend
