I absolutely loved my workout today. I am new to CrossFit but everyone made me feel very welcome and they were very encouraging. I am hooked already and I can't wait to start my new Foundation program.

Great gym with great coaching and great members. Programming is second to none and you definitely get an individualized approach in a small group setting. If you show up, you will get in shape and you will get stronger, hands down.

I have never felt stronger, more lean, or more energetic than I have during the past few months while training at CrossFit West Sacramento. I give all the credit to the amazing coaching staff and the extremely supportive atmosphere that you will find here. Working out at CFWS has made balancing a hectic job, chasing after two kids, and all the day to day stresses that much easier to deal with. I know I am a more relaxed, capable and successful person because I train here. You should, too!
