The staff was very helpful and quick at getting me in and out. Due to pregnancy I'm extremely impatient so I was so thankful that there were no long waits like most eye clinics. I would definitely recommend them.

It has been 4 weeks since my initial appointment with Dr. Young. I still have not received a phone call about the status of my contacts. I did call the office last Monday to inquire and was told that my "trial" contact for the toric lens was on back order. Back order? Really? A few months ago when I called to order my contacts, someone "forgot" to order them until I called to check on the status 2 weeks later. Now this... Not good business.
If contacts are on "back order" for this length time I think I would change where I do business. Not to mention calling a person to let them know what is going on.
The contacts I left with have been working fine. Please fax or email my contact prescription so I can buy them elsewhere and I won't have to pay for another exam elsewhere.
Thank you for 20 something years of great service, I appreciate how Dr. Young always worked with me.

Very fun. They explain everything to me so I can understand it. I didn't need glasses but Iwas just coming for a check-up.

Every one was very nice and understanding. Dr. Young was very pleasant and she new what was going on with my eyes. I really do appreciate all of your help. All of the staff at Cove Eye Care was very pleasant and I appreciate this. Thanks.
