We had a bit of wait beyond our scheduled time, but when we did get in the exam when fairly quickly. Our questions and concerns were addressed and our cats were not overly stressed by the visit. Very happy with the cost for the services we received.

The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They took very great care of my cat, Osiris, and made us feel confident that he would make a full recovery. I would highly recommend this vet clinic with their small family vibe and very reasonable prices.

I call a lot of veterinarians to check my dog Snuggles. But I couldn't find anyone cuz all I had was $40 to my name. I called my veterinarian (Cook Veterinary Clinic) to let them know I couldn't get anyone to take her. She twisted half her whole bottom part of body trying to jump in the house & slipped. I was upset feeling her pain. She is 9 yrs. old. When I told the situation to the receptionist. She gave her the next available appointment. The Dr. checked her out & gave me pills for inflammation that was even to help her pain. She is doing much better but she still hurts and limping. And she is eating & drinking now, she didn't before. Plus she is playing a little bit. They want me to bring her back in a couple wks. to make sure she is healing. That's what I like when veterinarian Drs. & receptionist show that they care. They all helped my Snuggles, and I am happy for that. God Bless Them All!!!
