Dr. Luckinbil was new to Charley and us and she was very good at answering our questions.
Her manner was kind and considerate, gave us good advice.
Most important of all Charley liked her !!
Since Dr. Connelly isn't available any more (we miss him) I am happy we found Doctor Luckinbill.

I took my pet in because he was having issues with his hind end. We were ushered into a very nice waiting room and the vet assigned to us was wonderful. After an exam and X-rays we were given the information we needed - it was efficient and my pet was well cared for. I highly recommend this facility for regular and emergency pet care.

Dr. Hughes is wonderful and a very caring Doctor
I have been a customer with my dogs and birds since early 1970s ..
I'm still not sure why some outstanding doctors are no longer there ..
If it weren't for Dr. Hughes I probably will not be ..

This was our first visit to the NEW facility. I loved the OLD facility, and was a bit sad when it closed. But they really did a beautiful job with the new location and it is VERY evident a great deal of thought and care when into its planning. The spacious and open waiting area, the friendly front desk personnel, the nice wide corridors, the comfortable patient rooms, all made for a very nice experience. Dr. Yokum treated my dog quickly and efficiently, with little to no stress for my dog. Also, the in-room check out process is very smart and convenient as well. Additionally, while I was there, I did notice the other services they were offering for grooming and boarding and I thought the fees seemed reasonable as well. I had never thought to consider CVVH for grooming services, but I believe I will give them a call next go round. All in all an extremely positive visit. Very happy for the hospital staff and for the creatures fortunate enough to be treated there. Thank you to all!

I am very grateful to all of the fine Dr's, tech-support, and front office personnel who helped Jasper through an emergency stay. Jasper is a rescue dog who is extremely fearful. They treated him in a very caring and gentle manner. Every time I called in they either got the doctor on the phone for me or told me exactly what was going to be happening next. They even texted me photos. The surgeon called me immediately after the procedure. He had put in an extremely long day, but still was there to give the best he could for Jasper, and the outcome was very good. I have never had such a fine experience at such a professional and caring Vet, and I have had dogs for over 20 years. I will be transferring all my future care for both my dogs to Conejo Valley Veterinary Center. I cannot express how grateful I am to everyone there. Jasper says a big thank you too!

I feel like our dog is in good hands here. I am always able to get an appointment at a time that works best for me. The facility is clean, and the employees are nice and helpful. I am glad I can also board here when out of town.

I like this place. I have a bone-mouthed Shar Pei and Dr. Sweitzer is aware of the health complications of the breed. I haven't experienced the nickel and diming I've had elsewhere. I am able to coordinate bringing in both of my dogs for different reasons easily, the waiting area is comfortable and arranged to keep animals easily corralled and well behaved. Oh, and the refreshment bar was really nice while I had to wait :)
