They were highly recommended by my boss, but they had a relief vet on site when I went there yesterday at 5PM who had to leave by 6PM. It was very busy when I got there and she didn't really spend that much time with my Teddy Bear...the assistant took more time than the doctor did....a very quick in-and-out...blood-work was taken, antibiotics subscribed and a bill handed to me. My dog had a wound that I think should have cleaned but wasn't. I guess I caught them on a bad day...hope the regular vets take more time.

The staff was accommodating and caring. I have always had good service and my furry children have been treated with care and respect. I am glad that Dusty has no symptoms today and is back to being his old self.

The team at CPOW is always caring and takes time to listen to what is going on with the fur kids.
