I have only one problem with your organization. That is the constant notifications that are sent to me. I get voice mail, e-mail, text messages that start a week before my appointment. I have yet to miss an appointment in my 75 years, be it for me (Dr's or for my pets). I can see you sending me a reminder one (1) time, but a half a dozen is too much.
Edward,
We apologize for all the reminders. It's a new computer system we have and are still learning the new "ins and outs." I will remove you from the text & email reminder list. Please let us know if you still have any problems. Thank you!

The way the staff treats and works with Marley is amazing. She absolutely loves the ladies behind the front desk as well.

It's always a good experience here. I drive pretty far to take my animals here. It's all the way across town, where I otherwise don't go. That's how much we love them at CPO. My only complaint is the cost. It's so expensive and being a single mom with a special needs child, I think I'm gonna have to start calling around to find something more affordable. That makes me sad.

I've just started taking the Shibby to see you. I'm very pleased and will bring her back. Your staff was personable and their love for the pets showed through.
I tried to attach a picture here but it doesn't take. (Just a suggestion.)

Follow-up Review: Wow...so, they didn't clean Teddy Bear's wound when I went on Tuesday, I got all of a 5 minutes visit with the relief vet...you know the rest. Well Teddy Bear's wound was bleeding again last night, so it DID need a cleaning and perhaps some draining as well. I bring to him to work this morning with me with the intent of taking him in to see the REAL VET today to get the wound treated. Since my last review wasn't exactly favorable, I thought they'd waive the $24.00 wound clean fee, especially since despite my not-so-favorable review, I STILL made appointments for Teddy Bear and his sister Zoey for 2 $400 dentals a piece, one at the end of this month and one in January. I cannot believe I was told no, that had the wound been cleaned on Tuesday, I would have been charged the $24.00. PEOPLE....the waiving of the fee is about CUSTOMER SERVICE to someone who had a first not-so-great visit, and who despite that, was still giving further near-future business, who lives in apartment complex filled with dog owners, who works in an office full of dog owners. I have to take my dog back home now because I won't have the $24.00 until tomorrow, when I get paid...how sad is that! I will bring him in tomorrow because that wound is BLEEDING and must be cleaned by a professional. However, I will now whop around for another low-cost place to do the dentals on my babies and will not be referring this place to anyone. However, I do want to bring special AWESOME attention to Taylor, who has been nothing but excellent since we first started e-mail communications and through my first subsequent visit.
