I came in Friday saw Marisa who cut my hair in the past and did an awesome job. However I wanted my hair lightened for the summer and after 3 hours and 2 attempts, It still does not look like I had anything done to it. I had pictures of exactly what I wanted and I have a couple highlights not even the color I wanted! Then tried to charge me for a blow dry bc she blew it dry the first time and got a young girl to dry it the second time who obviously doesn't have experience bc my scalp was burning from her blow drying it. So I left wet. After spending $80.00 on nothing and $20 tip, I still have to get my hair done again bc my hair is not lighter and not what I wanted. I hate complaining but was looking foward to a new hair color.
