As much as I miss Rich Hack, my vet at Codornices who retired, he left the clinic with wonderful, sensitive, intelligent, skilled vets, techs and office personnel to carry on. It'll now be close to 40 years that I've been taking my pets there and I guess that says it all.

Caring and knowledgable staff that really works with you to determine the best possible care of your pet. They always take the time to explain the options, costs and procedures that they recommend for your pet, and they show compassion and respect for the animals in their care (as well as their owners!).

Dr. Gurley is the best veterinarian I've found. She never seems rushed or annoyed and she is very patient and good at answering questions. The front desk staff are also friendly and polite. Eric has gone out of his way to help me schedule appointments and leave messages for Dr Gurley.

I first took my kitten to Codornices Veterinary Clinic when, as a kitten, she could rest on the palm of my hand, Now, 15 years later, she has a white mustache and is a senior, like me. For all these 15 years Codornices has kept her healthy. I highly recommend them. Kathryn Winter

Hi, i felt the quality of care and concern for my pet was excellent. that is the most important thing. The challenging part about doing business with CVC, is the front desk attitude. There is a gentlemen there who is seriously lacking in customer service skills. Very condescending, bordering on rude at times. I have also witnessed him mistreating (IMO) other staff members who did not "do things his way" and were rebuked. eg. did not put a patient file back in time, etc. He is clearly very knowledgeable, smart, organized, and efficient. If only he could combine that with some genuine customer service skills. I can acknowledge that he will sometimes engage pet owners in a very friendly way as well so that story on him is mixed.
