The staff and doctor were friendly but we were not informed of how much each procedure would cost and the bill was way over what we expected. We felt we were up sold on have things done unnecessarily and we are questioning if we should return to this Clinic.

We had to wait a long time. That would have been helped if the uncomfortable hard bench had been covered with plastic upholstered cushions. We will call first next time to see how the schedule is running. Otherwise it was very good

Our appointment with Dr. Jacobsen was excellent. She was efficient, thorough, and very nice. She answered all our questions about our newly rescued dog and had commonsense suggestions about treatments for minor issues. She's a great addition to the clinic's medical staff.

I've been using Cordonices for almost 15 years - 2 dogs and a cat over time - and have seen most all of the vets at one point or another. The doctors, techs, and office staff seem to love every pet that comes through the door. They a super organized and competent. It's one of those places where you know youre in good hands.

Dr. Grant provides excellent care for baby. He takes into consideration her age (20yrs) & disease states (hyperthyroid & kidney disease) and makes realistic recommendations for her care.

I never thought anyone could replace Dr. Hack, my vet for years and years, and my daughter's also. We adored him! But...I met Dr. Erica Gurley, who is also wonderful--caring, patient, warm, kind to all pets and humans! She seems like a lovely person and a very competent vet. I think I have moved on!:-)

These people are wonderful. Our animals have been coming to them for over 40 years. Just now they have taken wonderful loving knowledgeable care of the new puppy and of my worry about her

Dr. Gurley is as good as they get: an excellent diagnostician, kind, friendly, solicitous in the most natural, agreeable way. Sense of humor. Front desk is competent and friendly. Everything is clean and orderly. Inspires confidence. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
