Everybody there is great- from the front desk staff to the tech and the vet. They are all very kind and loving with my 4 legged love and I feel very confident that he is receiving the best medical care.

Minimal wait time. Escorted to an exam room quickly. Friendly staff. Doctor was very good at explaining everything during the visit.

I have to board my rescue dog for the first time due to a business trip. I am boarding him there because of the trust I have for the Doctor Mulloney and the staff. I went in to ask questions to try to ease my anxiety and Geri was patient and helpful. She stopped what she was doing answered my questions and even took me for a tour.

My 14-1/2 year old Maggie had surgery yesterday. Very scary, long day, but Dr Margaret is the best. She kept me involved in every step of progress. So while I was worried I knew she was in good hands. I have also seen staff react to the pets and parents with kindness, so that also factors into the clinic. Great team.

I have a 17-year old cat that has been not eating. This has recurred several times. I was given a quick appoint.ment with Dr. Robbins. She had seen the kitty once before for this issue. Dr. Robbins gave the best treatment she could and told me the kitty would not start eating by magic, but I took her home and she started eating right away. It wasn't magic but Dr. Robbins excellent treatment. Dr. Robbins called the next day with test results and explained what they meant well to me. Then I noticed some blood in the urine. I called back and Miriam said she would ask Dr. Robbins about it. She .called back right away to tell me that it could have been from ollecting urine. In a short time Dr. Robbins called and and reassured me. We moved to Cleveland when Dr. Margaret moved here. She has been taking care of my kitties for over 20 years and I trust her immensely. I am very glad to be able to trust everyone, the receptionists, the techs, and the doctors at Cleveland Veterinary Clinic. Thank you to everyone who has helped us in so many ways.
