Typically, my review would be 5 stars at Clairemont Village Pet Clinic. This time, however, my dog was due for a dental cleaning. It was explained perfectly and I was kept up to date with everything, which I appreciated. However, when I picked up my dog she had not been checked or cleaned, and she had feces all over her hind legs and around her anus. I’m not sure how long she had been left like that either. Her bandaid that had been wrapped around her arm after her IV was also not wrapped around her wound and was in fact a few inches below it. When I pointed out her legs, there was no attempt from staff to clean her off, and we were instead given paper towels to try to clean her ourselves. I had to ask another staff member for actual wet wipes. I do really love taking my dog here and the staff is typically great but the way my dog was left after her treatment makes me sad.

As always, the staff at Clairemont Village Pet Clinic was very friendly and helpful when I picked up meds for my cat Clyde.

Always the best
Cvpc was able to get my cat in the next day for a visit he was very congested, and had snot coming out of his nose when he sneezed
Turned out he has bronchitis, along with other things
They did chest X-rays etc cost was only 300.00
And that included all his meds
They are so friendly and kind nothing fancy about the office thank you for always helping us with our kitties

I was pleased to meet a new vet who listened to my concerns with my dog. My old vet had retired and I was not happy with his replacements.
