Nicole is amazing at the front desk and with our animals her gentle and in control manor makes you feel welcome and important not to mention the in house cat Mini who races up to you purring with delight
Hospital is organized and clean in both appearance and smell
Dr Basi is friendly with both people and animals

City Petcare Hospital has been a great experience for my dog & I. Not only is the staff very pleasant & friendly but are knowledgeable as well. The doctor is great with lots of experience & practise. I feel comfortable taking my dog there. Good work guys! :)

Dr. Bassi is very honest the charges are reasonable . He does'nt makes you feel guilty when you decided not to do any test for the dogs. Not only Dr. Bassi is excellent , his staffs is also very good with our 2 dogs. Our son dog also goes to him. Highly recommended.

I have taken my cat Lucy to three different vets (two in Richmond) and Belle and Milo only to City Petcare. I have found that City Petcare gives the best customer service, prices and I feel they genuinely care about my pets when I bring them in.

Great affordable care for my pugs. Dr Bassi is very nice and knows what he is doing plus he genuinely likes and interacts with the dogs and sometimes you don't see that elsewhere.
