Dr. Stacy and her team provide excellent care and service! I've been getting my vision care here for 3 years, both contacts and glasses. Dr. Stacy listens intently to my concerns and offers different contact lens options for me to try. Reception and scheduling is friendly and prompt, I've not had problems booking appts. Also, the two people who fitted my frames at the front were helpful and knowledgeable. They've even offered to order the frames in different colors for me to try. One time, my glasses came back and the lenses didn't line up right, they sent them back to the lab and fixed it for free. I'm so picky with how glasses fit and they're so patient and helpful. Really appreciate it! I have VSP and have not had any insurance or billing problems. They also offer free garage parking and are open on Saturdays.

I had an "optical emergency" while on vacation, and Dr. Taketa helped me by sending and out of town optician my Rx so I could get some temporary contacts so I could drive home. I was then able to get an appointment to see her right after I got back home, and she helped me to get a new pair of contacts with a better Rx than I had in the past. Everyone at City Eyeworks was very helpful in my time of need.
