I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff & Doctor. I was fully informed of all options of treatment for my situation and I didn't feel pressured in any way. The work was done professionally. I received a follow up call to see how I was doing. This was very considerate. I would recommend them 'in a heartbeat'!

My visit went very well, The entire staff is very professional.
Only suggestion is to please stop with the reminders. I had as least 10 reminders that I had an appointment.I don't need any reminders , certainly not 10. I HAVE MY NEXT APPOINTMENT ALREADY ON MY CALENDER I even get reminders after I already confirmed. I got a reminder on the way to your office.
I know others can't remember what they had for breakfast but NOT ME.

I had an absess that I was told by another dentist over a year ago that it was nothing to be concerned about. I came in the office on Wedsnesday, had my situation accessed, had my teeth cleaned and then came back on Thursday for the work on my absesssed tooth. In just under 3 hours I had a root canal on a molar, a crown made and seated. I have had root canals and crowns done in the past and it was no picnic. This was a picnic. I was so comfortable throuhout the whole process that I almost fell asleep. Everyone is so kind and gentle, concerned with you that I would highly recommend anyone to come here. Dr. Jacobs and his staff, Chanel, Krystal, Luwanda and Alex (forgive me I have forgotten anyone) are friendly, caring and highly professional. I feel so blessed to have found them.
