My mini van overheated and stop running. We were towed to CARS minutes before 5 PM. Everyone was extremely helpful, and the owner PERSONALLY drove us to the airport so we could rent a car, because all the other car rental places were out of vehicles. Someone waited at the shop for us, after hours, so that we could come back and load our gear into the rental car. It was 111° out, and this could've been a complete disaster. The owner, and her awesome staff saved us. Thank you!!!

The only place i have ever failed smog. Made an 8:30 appointment for a diagnosis of my smog problem, just a diagnosis. They didnt finish my car until 3:00, it was 113 degrees in Redding that day, with no ac, and i had my child with me, and it seemed as if they really didnt care. Anyway, by far the worst mechanic experience of my life, and i will never go there again
The comfort and care of our customers, in addition to top notch auto repair, is the primary focus of CARS. Your 91 Chevy Caprice Classic had previously failed the smog inspection due to blue smoke. On the day you brought your vehicle in we had informed you that the vehicle would need to be here for the day. CARS has an air conditioned waiting area, you requested and were given a ride to your home. Unfortunately after testing we determined that your vehicle needed a new engine. We spoke to the people you were purchasing the vehicle from and they agreed to pay for the diagnosis. They also agreed to refund your money. CARS advises anyone buying a used vehicle to have a prepurchase inspection. Good luck with your next purchase.

I have been going to CARS for many years. The trust, workmanship, quality and customer service can't be beat! I also like the options of waiting, getting a ride home or having them pick up my car. When I do choose to wait, it's very comfortable and clean...especially for women...and the gift shop is fun too!

I took my Honda CR-V (06) to CARS to have the front breaks replaced. Love the people customer service (Katie and mark) make me feel about bringing my Honda to this auto shop. Prices are combative to the Honda dealership. The break service was good, I feel secure with my driving my CRV.

As always the service I received was wonderful. Everyone is very personable and friendly -- the experience is spending time with friends --- all while having my vehicles cared for expertly. Questions are always answered completely. CARS has respect for my finances and advises repair/service solutions that allow me to feel like I have choices and can plan for the future.
