I have been a client for three years since moving to Florida from the Chicagoland area. I was referred to CIndy who I give 5 stars to all day long, she is awesome and the best at coloring. My reason for the three stars is for the salon and it’s policy. I accept the pricing which is on the high end but it’s not followed by high end services. The salon charges and additional 45.00 to dry my hair when I don’t get a haircut so I choose to leave with a wet head which in my opinion is unprofessional to allow a client to leave with a wet head but again its the policy and I accept that. However, the last time I visited the salon I had full highlights with no haircut so I knew I’d be leaving with a wet head, but this time I left with dripping wet hair to the point I had to use a towel in my car to dry the ends so it wouldn’t get all over my seat. Since Covid I find the pricing to be inconsistent and now everything is al la carte. I want to feel pampered when I leave not angry that I have to use my stinky yoga towel in the back of my car to dry my hair. Perhaps offer clients s rough dry to avoid leaving with such wet hair.

Always friendly with expertise service. Never leave unhappy with hair cut/color/style. Entire team is Very consistent in delivering a great experience.

Always a wonderful, safe visit. The salon is very clean and socially distanced at all times. I always love the way my hair looks and Amy gives me tips on how to maintain the look. But even more important is the atmosphere in the salon. Always so fun and positive.
