I never go anywhere but Burnett-White. I started because they're in walking distance of where I work, but I have come to trust them completely and recommend them to everyone. Numerous times they could have done unnecessary work to my car; I wouldn't have known. But, they didn't. They came and got it once when it died on me, charged it and took it to the shop. They discovered the problem was covered by my warranty and they promptly advised me of that. always pleasant, always honest.

As the owner of a small trucking company information is an important factor on commercial truck tires what is selling and what is not what is good and what is bad. Burnette white tire pros live up to their name pros with supplying commercial truck tire information to a small fleet owner as well as their large fleet owners. My persoal experience when walking in the door i am not just treated like a customer but as family. The prices are competitive and much lower compared to other competitors in this area. Availability is a must with commercial trucks and my experience has been a phone call and tires delivered at my shop within the hour. Not only do i supply my business with their tires i have told family, friends, and other trucker company operators burnett and white tire pros is the way to go

Employees are very helpful and nice. Always fast service for my personal vehicle and our fleet vehicles at work. Shuttle service is wonderful. One of their employees drove me to work (Matt) very nice young man. Burnett - White give that personal touch that the dealers and chain stores

don't.

Price was very fair and competitive. Service was excellent . The vehicle we had tire out on was a work vehicle. They made great recommendations and expedited the repairs so the vehicle could be put back in service without my customers service being interrupted. While the vehicle was in there shop they also did an oil change and lube job. That killed 2 birds with one stone. Wow, saving time and money. I will be back......

Efficient, able to get car in right away. Brought to my attention that I needed new wiper blades (which I never think of) and installed. Reliable and honest.
