How can you not love the Burlington Veterinary Center - everyone is always so welcoming, warm and caring! Dr. Esherick has a special place in our hearts as he has helped many members of our pet family - treating them as if they were his own!

The staff was very attentive and sensitive and did not try to push unnecessary expenses on us the way previous vets had. I felt they were trying sincerely to take my cat's best interests to heart.

I switched veterinarian offices because of the way both my German shepherd and I had been treated by a facility in Torrington. This move was the best thing I could have done and I regret not moving to Burlington Veterinary Center sooner!
Lisa Schupak, associate veterinarian provided us with great service and was very compassionate. The staff was very friendly and caring for my baby girl.
The team made me feel as if Hailey was the only pet in the building.
I am very pleased with the care, attention, professionalism and service both Hailey and I received.

The staff is great. They really show a lot of genuine concern for my pet. I do have two concerns. First, the wait was over 45 minutes before someone saw us. I understand it was a busy day. Perhaps the appointments should be spaced further apart. My second concern is while I like Dr. Esherick a lot, he throws out a ton of information at you. At the end of the consultation, it's hard to keep track of what's important. By the time I left, my head was spinning. A suggestion would be to summarize the key issues prior to ending the consultation.

Dr. Esherick and his staff are the best vet team around. I am so grateful that they took Lucky in on such short notice. You can't find a more caring and competent staff. We are so fortunate to have them.
