I was nervous about switching Vets but I was quickly put at ease! I was very impressed by Burch Creek. Staff so friendly, facility very clean. Dr Keabitt answered all my questions, throughly examined my puppy, and gave great clear recommendations. Fees very reasonable. I was charged exactlyvwhat I was quoted when I scheduled the appointment. Glad I made the switch to a Burch Creek. A bit of a drive for me about 30 mikes but well worth it!

Kind, thorough, listened to my questions and helped me come up with a treatment plan that made me feel comfortable. Went above and beyond to help me find solutions to my dogs condition, I love working with the staff and providers.

Got excellent care for my little pup, Merlin, who'd been sick for a few days. Thorough exam and good diagnosis be the vet. Very pleased with the care and would recommend to anyone looking for a good vet clinic.

We brought a new shelter dog home this past weekend, and Burch Creek took great care of getting him settled into our life. They provided neutering, teeth cleaning, heart worm tests, well doggie check and was overall very professionally and kind all the while providing us with some not so great news about our new dogo's health.
The good news is that with Burch Creek as our Animal hospital we know he will be extremely loved at home and excellently taken care of at this vet.

I made my appointment online to keep heartworm meds current. I noticed my visit had been changed to annual check up although it had been 6 months since last visit. After the shot Dr. asked if there was anything else. We looked at a couple bumps and just fatty cyst.
When I waited at the counter they adjusted my bill $36 dollars more for a minor check up. More like creative accounting. I'll never come back to Burch Creek or recomd to anyone. Just the opposite.
