I had a filling done by Dr. Tawfik and Kelly yesterday. They had done 3 of my fillings prior to this visit and always do an excellent job. They constantly check on me throughout the process, asking how I'm doing. I spent most of my life being afraid of going to the dentist, then I met Dr. Tawfik and I am honestly a changed person. He is such a kind, sincere, caring dentist who has a passion for what he does. Such a great attitude for a dentist to have, gets excited for fillings and says "let's rock and roll." Painless experience every time. Love this dentist!!! And riccobbene at 40/42 has the nicest staff. I never thought I'd be able to say I look forward to going to the dentist. But I do now.

Excellent service and communication. I needed to postpone an appointment two times. Amanda responded to my e-mails promptly and was very helpful. The staff was very nice and made my experience pleasant.

As a first time patient I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was an emergency. The desk receptionist quickly found a convenient time for my appointment. During the procedure I was impressed with the friendly and thoughtful manner of the assistant and the assigned dentist. They both took time to be sure I was comfortable throughout and that they had assessed the dental situation accurately. I felt very confident about their competence. There was no pain at all that day, although they worked with me for several hours. Afterward I have also had no discomfort at all and am a very satisfied client.

My appointment was wonderful. Your staff is very courteous and always there for the patient. My hygienist was gentle with my cleaning and very personable. Great overall experience!

Went in for a cleaning. After a lot of delicate poking around and X-rays- ended up leaving without the cleaning.

I had a tooth that was causing me immense pain. The amazing staff at Riccobene worked me in on Saturday as a new patient and pulled the tooth. It was a nice clean office with a wonderful staff and I was very pleased with my experience.

I'm new patient to your garner practice. I had my second appointment today and I was a bit disappointed in the way I was being treated by Dr. Goldstein. He wasn't friendly at all and actually made me extremely nervous. I went in for a root canal so I was already a bit nervous. His approach was as if he didn't care about the patients feelings at all. He was there to do his job and talk about what he's going to do and talk about the worst things that can happen while he's doing your root canal. He mentioned that I may need gum or bone surgery if my decay was really bad. This news was major for me. I wanted to get up and leave. I was wondering why this was never mentioned to me when I had my x ray done. The assistant must have seen the look in my face. I also asked him if the build up can be done the same day. He started complaining to the assistant that he only uses some high quality tools for that. So at this point I really regretted making this appointment. The assistant's name is Susan. She was super sweet!!!! She switched my dentist to Dr.Sigmon she is so super nice and caring and sweet. I had met her for my first visit. I was so happy that she was taking over. If it wasn't for Dr. Sigmon and Susan I would have send my business some where else. I just wish that Dr. Sigmon was there full time. I want to thank her and Susan for making me feel better. By the way all I needed was just a root canal not surgery. Dr. Goldstein really shouldn't scare patients that way.
I just wanted you to know so that this will not happen to other patients. Everyone else in the clinic that I have encountered all have been very friendly and that's what makes me want to come back. Dr. Sigmon does amazing work! Thank you so much for taking time to listen to my experience.
