Excellent and pleasant treatment from the moment we entered to the moment we left.

My stylist Megan was great! I got exactly what I wanted and she is a doll! I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the girl cashing me out. I had a coupon that the salon emailed me. When I presented it the girl gave "a look" to the girl next to her and asked if she could use it. She said yes and it was honored. That "look" that she gave made me feel like I was a pain in the rear end customer asking for something unreasonable when it was simply a 10%off coupon the salon had sent ME! You should never make your guest feel that way, there is no reason. I completely understood her look and wanted to call her out on it but that would have just been even more classless than her actions! Better get the girls on board for respect!!

The staff are very good at listening to what the customer wants. The only issue is the pricing and details of products and services. I had referred a wedding party and family to have hair and make-up done and I received nothing for the referrals.
