As always, another great experience at Brown, Reynolds and Snow. The entire staff has become friends of mine and my family and I can actually say I enjoy going to my dentist appointments! Very professional and always friendly.

My dental hygienist is Pam and my dentist is Dr. Snow. They are both very professional, thorough, gentle, and friendly. The front office staff is friendly and helpful. I normally have a zero wait time; the most it has every been is 3-5 mins.,

I had to have a filing replaced just yesterday with Dr. Reynolds. It was the first real dental work I had had for many years (other than routine cleanings), and I was anxious about the procedure. Dr. Reynolds sensed my nervousness and validated my feelings (i.e. didn't make me feel childish or silly). She talked me through each step of the process, so I knew what to expect in terms of any potential discomfort, weird sounds, etc. She let me know how to communicate with her if the need arose, and she was reassuring along the way with comments like "You're doing great!" and "Perfect!" (while also alternately asking if I was doing ok...). I left with a very clear understanding of what might experience throughout the rest of the day, but I confess I have had no pain or discomfort at all. There isn't even any soreness where the needles entered my gums! Amazing. Dr. Reynolds made a potential terrifying (for me, anyway) experience not only ok...it was wonderful! Of course, I hope I don't have to have much dental work done in the future, but if I do, I'll be going to Dr. Reynolds.

I had an extreme fear of dentists. After reading Dr. Reynolds reviews I decided to make an appointment with her.
I was very happy with her patience and gentle approach. I had a bridge made up consisting of 2 crowns and a fake tooth.
I had to have another tooth made into a crown, due to another dentist error.
The whole staff is pleasant and professional. I did not have insurance to cover this work, but it was worth every penny.
