Was pleased with the service provided by BA Auto and their staff. They explained, in detail, the work that was needed and what work could wait until the next time. I own a Mini Cooper and taking it back to the dealership was inconvenient. Having a service center in my own back yard is wonderful and the service was top notch.

We had a complex electrical problem that could not be solved by another mechanic or by two visits to the dealer. So we took it to the pros at British American. While it took a week and a half to figure out, there dogged determination to solve the problem paid off and now our van is working. They did a great job of keeping us informed as to progress and expected cost of the repair. When is comes to auto repair, they are the varsity team!

The service provided by BA Auto Care is consistently professional, friendly and comparable in price to their competitors. My husband and I have had our vehicles serviced here for the past 25 years and had my husband's vehicle inspected here before passing it on to our 17 year old daughter. We rarely have work done at dealerships now since the service offered by BA is superior and more cost effective.
From our initial phone calls to schedule appointments to explanations of what needs to be done and when (including if something can be postponed without causing major $ to fix later), the technicians here give both technical and non-technical explanations to ensure that their customers understand the issue.
If you have not had the pleasure of working with BA, try it. You may have to wait a little longer for an appointment since they are not open on weekends, but you can drop off your vehicle the evening before, or avail of their shuttle service to your home or office on the date of your appointment.

I had a nagging problem with one of the belts on an 11 year-old Subaru. The problem was diagnosed quickly and the "fix" was inexpensive. I appreciated the information that was provided and fast work that was done. I made an appointment, and the work was diagnosed and completed quickly on the day promised. The service adviser was informative, friendly and courteous, and the same can be said for the woman who was at reception and the person I talked with on the phone when I made the appointment. I am very impressed with BA Auto Care.
