Carla was very prompt and professional. She knew the product very well so no billable time was wasted. She did have one question as to how a particular service within QBs operated, but she researched that on her own time and informed me of the results.
Her personality is very personable and pleasant. I will hire her in the future and am very comfortable recommending her to anyone who needs QBs help.

What a professional lady Carla Bracey is....and just as kind and helpful as I have ever experienced! She immediately returned my plea for help and talked me off the window ledge I was standing on! Carla was able to show me and explain things that would have taken me weeks to figure out and she was able to save me reentering a whole year of work that was messed up. I look forward to working with this sweet southern lady who has mastered quick books again for more instruction. I would give 10 stars if I could!
