Brittany was amazing at scheduling/ coordinating my appointment. Disappointed a bit in the cut. The length that we spoke about prior and the particular style was not executed. I was clear that I wanted an a-line style as my hair was quite long to begin with. We discussed taking about 3-4 inches off the back and just a bit off the front. I got a very even bob without differentiating length front to back. This is why people struggle cutting long hair. Now I have to wait for grow out to achieve the style I wanted. Frustrating to say the least. The cut is fine and looks fine but not what I wanted and I wasn’t going to make a scene, just won’t return.

First let’s start with this, I’ve been a Boheme customer for many years and I LOVE aveda products. My stylist left the salon a couple of years ago but I still use the aesthetician services and I buy the retail products. Up until a couple of months ago when you went into the salon on a Saturday it was filled with customers and stylists, music and a super energetic vibe. Really nice place to be! The reception area was relaxed, welcoming and happy to help. Now, at least on Saturday, it seems to be a different story. The last two times I have been there it seems completely dead; one stylist, one reception person, zero energy and while the people are very nice and certainly helpful, you feel like you should leave as soon as you can. A strangely quiet, do your business and leave, kind of vibe. Just uncomfortable. This is one of the nicest salons in town and should be filled with people. So it’s a weird feeling now. The reception people seem stressed and don’t really look like they work at a fancy salon. The last two times I was there (two different receptionists) the person looked like they rolled out of bed, got dressed and came to work. If you work at a salon you should maybe style your hair, put on a little make up and try to dress up that black t-shirt you’re wearing. People who are spending $80-100 to buy shampoo and conditioner care about their appearance, your employees should look like they do as well.

It’s my favorite place to go, haircuts and spa days getting my hair product. The only thing I wish is that the product was just a little bit cheaper. Or more coupons I love great deals

I did not have a great experience with the last hairdresser that cut my hair. Thought I would give the salon another try and purposefully booked an appt with another hairdresser. When I arrived it was not the one who was going to be cutting my hair but the same hairdresser I had a poor experience with last time. I was never told there was going to be a change in hairdressers.
