I sent two pictures of the cake I wanted, and they completely out did themselves. The theme was movies, and the the three tiered cake was made to look movie reels. The red velvet cake was awesome, and I even froze the top tier. Liz was great to work with. Recommend, and will use again. This cake should be in their gallery.

Fantastic bakery , incredible cakes and the best fondant I've ever tasted. They did our wedding cake and the whole process was fun and stress free. We now order cake bars for holidays.

We first had Blue Note cake bars at the Edible Austin Chef Auction and when we were planning our company holiday party we thought they would be the perfect dessert. Everyone was impressed with the cakes, which were not only delicious but absolutely beautiful (art direction was minimal- "something architectural"- and right on point). We'd definitely recommend Blue Note and we'd use them again.

The cake and cake bars were not only beautiful but delicious too! Usually with big cakes it's either really good and not beautiful, or its beautiful and tastes terrible. Not this cake. Everyone was so impressed and the receiving family was ecstatic they could take the entire bottom tier home with them! My next big cake will come from Blue Note!

I was looking for a special cake for daughter who was turning 16. She is a huge "Walking Dead" fan and I thought that would be a cool cake, but was unable to find that any of my local grocery store bakeries made anything with that theme. Then I found Blue Note Bakery. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very kind and let me know that she could make a "Walking Dead" cake. I had no idea what I wanted on the cake since I don't watch the show and didn't know what information to provide for details. The cake turned out beautiful!! It was better than I had imagined and my daughter loved. It was very tasty as well!! I will definitely use Blue Note Bakery again!! They were wonderful!!

The whole experience was very easy and professional. We had emailed in advance and were informed of the hours to drop by and discuss our cake. The staff we had contact with were all wonderfully friendly and happy to help. The cake itself was outstanding, from the decorations which were perfect to the delicious cake combination we had chosen! We would never go to another bakery!
