Jemma was excellent. I came in with my granddaughter to get her very first color. Pink tips...she is 7. Jemma listened to her and answered all of her questions, including those that had absolutely nothing to do with her hair.

Thanks to Jemma and everyone at Bloom, my and her hair look awesome and my granddaughter had a great first experience!

1st time at the salon Cindy was the stylist. I actually took photos with me so there was no miscommunication about the style I was interested in. Cindy recommended that I have some additional length cutoff to achieve the style. I also had my hair highlighted as I am brunette and wanted it in the blonde family. Cindy made her recommendation and the color turned out very nice. I did not immediately write a review as I wanted to see how the ease of styling on my own was. I had communicated that I am not much for fussing with my hair I like to dry and go. Cindy gave me tips on how to add volume to my style. I certainly would recommend Cindy she is experienced and very good at her profession. This salon is extremely clean and friendly.

Shaunte has been wonderful, awesome!! Changing to a new stylist after being with the same one for years was very scary. Now I just feel fortunate. The shop is constantly changing, making it even more comfortable and inviting. Beautiful!

Love love love Bloom Salon. Shaunte will listen and ask questions about color and cut. She makes me feel special and treats her customers well. I would highly recommend Bloom Salon to anyone looking for an awesome place to feel special and beautiful when you leave.
