Service was quick and the APR tune on my Porsche 991.2 works great so far. Only gripe would be the shop fees. $115 for a 30min ECU flash via the ODB Port seems excessive.

Adam and his team are awesome, hands down, The staff at BFI are 100% transparent when it comes to a heightened level of care and courtesy. Everyone is very friendly and always provide respectable feedback when communicating. This team of guys and girls are top notch, if not better than your local dealership as all are ASE certified and possess the adequate knowledge, skill and common sense when it comes to German engineering. The scheduling is very flexible and service notes are well written. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone who is looking for 100% honesty and expectations that will exceed the brand names.

These guys are amazing. I was out of the country on business and needed extensive work done installing performance modifications on my vehicle. They worked tirelessly, while answering the numerous (sometimes incessant) emails I was sending, trying to get a fix on what was going on. They never left me out of the loop, and always worked with me. Their attention to detail on every part of the project was spot on. This was easily the best experience I've had with a niche tuning shop. I will definitely be coming back for future work, spot on.
