My sons appointment was scheduled for 2:30 pm but things seemed to be a little over half hour behind. It appears that there is a trainee there that charged us incorrectly in multiple different ways for copay etc. I now owe another $69. These are things that I am not use to from being a customer at that office for a long time.

My son spent 43 minutes (yes, he counted) in the back room before anyone even came into the room and talked to him (and that person wasn't the doctor and was surprised that the doctor had not seen him yet). Needless to say he was extremely unhappy and it wasted a lot of time that wasn't necessary. Another man walked in after him and the doctor immediately met with him and discussed the holiday, his children, etc. while Michael waited unnecessarily (Michael heard them and I could also hear them from the waiting room). The time that he spent with the doctor was about 10 minutes after she came in and saw him.
I am extremely surprised and disappointed.

This was the first time my 6 year old daughter had a eye exam. Dr. Bissell gave my daughter the most thorough eye exam. Not only was he thorough and friendly, but so was his staff. My daughter ended up needing glasses, they helped her pick the best frame for her age and face, and commented on how beautiful she looked. Thank you for being so kind to a 6 year old little girl.
