Excellent service. Both dr Bissel and dr Long are wonderful. They explained everything and answered all of my questions. I have terrible eyesight and typically dread eye examinations, but I loved my first two experiences with Bissel Eye Care. I also had some trouble with contacts from excessive wear accompanied by two styes, and they took great care of me.

Dr. Bissell does a very thorough exam and always very friendly and professional. The girls in the office were so helpful to me while selecting new glasses.

the only part I didn't like was there were very limited choices (2) in what my insurance would cover. I have had more choices at other places. It was difficult to choose a frame when your eyes are dilated.

Good experience, but was not told to look at Davis glasses. I was disappointed when I had to cancel my glasses to get a affordable frame.
