Every time I need to bring one of my cats in to be seen, I am able to schedule an appointment quickly. Once I'm there, the staff spends ample time with my cat and me, answering my long list of questions and listening to my concerns.
The follow up is outstanding - someone always follows up with me after the appointment to check on how my cat is doing, and to see if I have any other questions. Most times, I do think of something I forgot to ask after I've left the appointment, and still my questions are always answered well and quickly.
The prices for services are extremely reasonable, and financial aspects of treatment are considered before moving into any kind of treatment.
Literally, I cannot say enough good things about this practice.

Grimley was taken to Binford Pet Wellness Clinic for a vaccine and front declawing. They were very helpful, informative, and friendly during all aspects of her visit and surgery. Their follow-up post-surgery was very nice, as well. Their prices for surgeries and vaccines are also very affordable, which helps me get the care I need for my cat.

There must be new staff at Binford Pet Wellness Clinic. I was surprised by the employees' demeanors when I came in the other day. I understand that sometimes you don't want to get a dog even more excited, but my dog greeted the ladies with a happy face and clapping hands and they didn't even welcome him. They seemed very cold and unhappy to be there. In the past when I have come in the ladies working there would be very welcoming. I understand everyone has their bad days, but I came in contact with 3 different workers and they all had the same demeanor. Hopefully this place doesn't turn into a mere convenience because of it's location. If so, then I will happily make the hour drive to his other vet's office where the staff there is always welcoming and actually say hi to my dog.

Binford Pet Wellness Clinic is great! I've brought 3 of my cats to them in the past and have always received great customer service and top quality care. The vets and techs are very friendly and gentle with the animals. Would definitely recommend them!
