As always wonderful friendly service. I love the christian music that plays in the background, it is soothing and a joy to listen too. Everyone is so polite and friendly.

My 2.5 hr appointment took 4hrs and then templet crown has come out twice

Temporary crowns can sometimes be "termpermental", but since I am unfamiliar with your case, it is best for our Clinical Team Leader to look into it more and contact you. It is always such a nice visit at Excellence in Dentistry! The staff is so polite & friendly! I think that other businesses should take note of how customer service is done in this office! The doctors really seem to care about my family's overall health; I feel much more educated about how oral health relates to the rest of the body. Thank you for the extra touches you do also. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist and receiving a special treat after their visit!

It was our daughter's first trip to the dentist. With no preconceived ideas other than knowing that Mommy & Daddy like going to the dentist, she was very excited. The staff were so patient, helpful, and went at just the right speed. They explained everything before it happened, and sent her on her way with a bag of goodies AND a sticker. She can't wait to go back again. Brushed her teeth three times that evening and flossed by herself, too, because the dentist told her to! :)
