My visit to the dentist was great. I got to color while the girl cleaned my moms teeth and then I got to sit in the big chair and have my teeth cleaned too. The light was a little bright and the tooth paste tasted different than my toothpaste at home, and then the toothbrush tickled a little!! Then Dr Jones came in and she was really nice. And then I got a toothbrush and toothpaste!!

You have too many staff in the office. You feel as though you are being moved along a dental work line. And there is no privacy when you are in the chair. Everyone hears everything. What about my patient rights to privacy? Sending out reminders is a great idea, but you send multiple e-mail reminders and then the multiple telephone calls, too. Just too much! All of this increases the cost to the patients that pay their own bills. Streamline your operation and decrease expenses and then pass some of that on to your clients! You would be surprised how many patients you get when you lower your costs. I assure you that the word would get out and you would have more work than you can handle.

Thank you for your feedback. Because we have three doctors and a wide range of hours, we do require more staff to accommodate our patient's scheduled. We are soon switching to a different method of communicating electronically with our patients and it is expected that this will improve the number of times you are sent e-mails. Concerning your privacy, we certainly don't want to jeopardize this. We would appreciate more details about this issue. Please call our privacy officer - Gina at 937-335-4630.
