I have been going here for over a year now and each visit has been making me want to change stylists. First off, I get the same thing done to my hair almost every single time yet the price is constantly changing, which I dont understand. Secondly, when doing beach/white blonde hair you use a toner, but what is disappointing is the fact this was the SECOND time that Sarah has turned my hair purple/ashy. I was told it will wash out in a couple days. Its on the 4th day and yet my hair is still purple and actually has more of a blue tone to it now. I understand completely that mistakes happen, but what I dont understand is the lack of customer service. I still had to pay full price for my hair (once again) and was offered no sympathy or discounts even though this wasnt the first, but the second time! Its embarrassing enough that I had to go out in public and work with my hair like this but the lack of customer service is what astonishes me. Just all around disappointment and hope this isnt a reoccurring theme and happens to anyone else.
