The salon has a very upscale atmosphere. The stylist that did my hair was absolutely amazing and did a wonderful job making sure my hair was exactly the way that I wanted it.

**UPDATED REVIEW**
Previously back in May I had stated my concerns in regards to my hair stylist, Sarah, turning my hair an unwanted purple two different times. The manager had called me the next day to genuinely apologize about the experiences I was having there and seemed very concerned. Without asking or having to, they offered a redo hair appointment with a different stylist, Kaitlyn, and let me tell you it was as if I was at a different salon! Kaitlyn was amazing and so funny. I loved her personality as well as my hair. She made sure I was absolutely happy with it before I walked out the door. THAT is the type of customer service that will keep clients coming back. I would recommend Kaitlyn any day especially for blondes. Thank you Bella Hair Salon management and staff for fixing a mistake and ensuring you had a happy client. I already schedule my next appointment with Kaitlyn and will continue to use your salon.
