As usual, the service from Beck was knowledgable, professional and efficient, plus they picked me up at home when my car was ready!
Beck Svc Ctr is definitely above average because of the wide spread competency factor amongst all staff generally. However, it seems of late that parts are not readily as available as historically & thus increases wait times for service. Also, the pricing is a higher than average too but the work is done right.
Great service and the staff are too! Have been a loyal customer there since 2007. I live in NW Ind and make the trip there for service on my 2002 Gran Prix!
Beck's is the best. Professional, fair pricing, easy to work with. The only place I'd get my vehicles serviced.
Friendly and gracious staff, redeemed free oil change, slammed with over $700 of *necessary* repairs. Told it would be ready by 9:30am wasn't ready until after noon. Very friendly, just hard to know if we're being taken advantage of.
Becks is fantastic! Always dependable, seem honest instead of trying to take advantage of customers, and very easy to work with.
