I think you all are very personable and caring towards the pets. You're mindful of the cost of the care, and I don't ever feel like I'm being taken advantage of or over charged. I like and am thankful that in an emergency situation Dr. Van Valin got our dog in for surgery even though it wasn't their normal scheduling time frame. You all saved her life and followed up to ensure she was remaining healthy. I would absolutely refer a friend/family to them and will continue to take my dogs to them.

we love Bear Creek. Dr. "April" and Dr. Lisenbee are always so caring and attentive to our dogs and to us. They explain everything. You can tell they really do enjoy their profession. I wish veterinary care was not so expensive- but this is not the fault of the practice- so if you want excellent veterinary care- do consider Bear Creek.

My very sick kitty was seen that day, everyone was extremely nice and wonderful at their job. Unfortunately Hudson could not be saved but through the entire process the whole staff was compassionate and thoughtful. They went above and beyond.

From start to finish, a fantastic experience every time we go in. Everyone is so amazingly nice, the follow-up is fantastic. I’ve NEVER had a veterinarian personally call me just to check in and see how my little four-legged, furry guy is doing after an appointment, but that’s exactly what Dr. VanValin did! They are kind, empathetic and, best of all, incredibly competent and good at what they do. The quality of care is outstanding and everyone is so darn nice! I think we’ve found our ‘forever vet’!

I was treated wonderfully from the moment I called. I felt the Vet was caring and sympathetic to not only my pet but me as well. I don't want to say that they're expensive because Vet clinics everywhere can get pricey, but I sure wish I had the money to continue having my pet in their care.
